Running the homestead relied on manual work: invoices were written one by one, occupancy was tracked separately, and customer data sat in several places at once.
We built an internal management portal that brings bookings, occupancy, revenue and customer data together in one system. Invoices are generated automatically from booking data, and emails to guests are sent automatically from templates.
We put the system behind access permissions, because it holds real customer data. The owner now has less manual work and less room for mistakes.
What we did: system design, portal development, invoice automation, email system, data security.
